You love organizing and believe that it is intuitive
You are extremely detail-oriented, regardless of how big or small the task may be
You can follow directions and problem solve on your own (though we never say “no” to questions!)

You love making positive changes in people’s lives and in their homes
You understand the nature and expectations of a client service business
You value client’s time and know that work means work (even when it’s a fun environment that you’re working in!)

You think that every project will look like a HGTV-job without putting in the effort
You’re afraid to get a little sweaty and dirty
You’re into taking shortcuts even if it sacrifices the quality of your project
You’re not self-motivated and are reliant on direction
You just see it as a job and aren’t passionate about this line of work
Strong interest in organizing and design (it’s kind of our thing!)*
Professional in appearance and conduct
Energetic, punctual, excellent attention to detail (we are a fun group of type A personalities!)
Able to take direction and work in a team environment
Self-motivated, reliable, and hardworking
A positive, “can-do” attitude is a MUST
Must have a car, auto insurance, and be able to work in and around Northern New Jersey
Must have consistent weekday availability
Must be able to work on your feet for several hours in a fast-paced environment
*Note: Previous organizing experience is not required, but our organizers create solutions that take our client’s style and gives it the Rachel and Company aesthetic. This is a collaborative environment and being open to direction and luxury industry expectations are a must.
