Meet Laura, Founder of Everyday Order™

Before starting Everyday Order™, I worked as a dental hygienist in Manhattan. But when my son was born, I knew I wanted a different path. Around that time, I discovered something that changed my life: people were getting paid to do what I had always loved — organizing.

For me, organizing wasn’t just about making a closet look nice. It was about the mental load.

After moving more than ten times in seventeen years, I knew the weight of carrying boxes of things I didn’t need — like my wedding dress, which I eventually donated to support breast cancer research. Letting it go felt lighter, freer, and more intentional.

The same happened when I cleaned out a trunk from my grandfather. From the outside, it didn’t look different. But inside, every inch was purposeful. The ripple effect was powerful…

When one space became lighter, so did my mind.

I had more energy, more clarity, and more motivation to keep going.

That’s when I realized — this isn’t just about organizing a room. It’s about lifting the mental fatigue that clutter creates. Everyday Order™ was born from that belief. What started as me helping a few families quickly grew into an amazing team, united around one mission: to give people systems that last, so they can finally breathe again.

  • For the past three years, Ingrid has been the steady hand that keeps every project moving. She brings a calm, thoughtful way of working that helps clients feel supported from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. Her attention to detail and genuine care for each home guide the team to create spaces that fit a family’s goals and lifestyle. Clients trust her because she treats every project as if it were her own.

  • Nancy has been with Everyday Order for four years and brings her grit, humor, and enthusiasm to every job. While it’s hard for her to choose between kitchens and closets as her favorite spaces to organize, she loves the entire process of decluttering to create functional, beautiful systems. Nancy finds joy in putting things in order by function, size, or color, and carefully selecting products that enhance both organization and style. For her, organizing is more than tidying, it provides a sense of control, reduces stress, and can truly be a work of art, leaving clients feeling seen, supported, and cared for.

  • Karen grew up in North Caldwell and loved the community enough to return and raise her own family with her husband, Teddy. Their two children, Gavin (14) and Ruby (11), keep her grounded and inspired. Before joining Everyday Order, she worked in New York City’s fashion world, where she developed a strong eye for style and detail.

    She believes an organized home brings calm, clarity, and a sense of control to everyday life. Playrooms and closets are her favorite projects because they blend structure with creativity—two things she brings to every space she touches.

  • Aleksandra has a natural talent for turning overwhelmed spaces into calm, functional ones. She loves helping people feel lighter, more focused, and more inspired in their homes.
